The first is a Powerpoint file. As long as you have access to the Powerpoint program you will be able to edit and use this file.
The second editable option is for Mac users. If you have a Mac, I have included instructions on how to edit the pdf file by adding a text overlay. These instructions do not work for PC. You might still be able to edit this file, but I don't have a PC so I can't help. Please be aware when purchasing
